Every project begins with a written scope, a fixed schedule of works, a stage-payment programme, and a GDV or valuation strategy. Variations are managed in writing; nothing is changed on a handshake.

We are not a t&m, see-how-it-goes outfit. Every project is priced and timetabled before mobilisation. If a project cannot be priced confidently, we say so.
